My FH's uncle passed away a year ago, and we wanted to put something about him on the last page, as a memorial. The thing that I was wondereing is since we are putting him, do we need to put others that have alwso passed on. My grandmother died 6 months after I was born adn my FH's grandparents are all deceased, and I think he only knew one, when he was younger. I fell bad omiting grandparents, but I feel that by putting them all it is too much, since his uncle dies a year ago, and they all dies over 20 years ago.

Re: Question on programs?
I thought about doing that since both FH and I lost grandparents within the last few years. He said it would be too sad- so we are not doing it.
Maybe you can make a general sentiment:
In Memory of those special people in our lives who are no longer with us- you are forever in our hearts.
Something like that.

Re: Question on programs?
Hi - My dad passed away and I was thinking about doing the same thing. But I read somewhere that you are not supposed to put anybody's death or any tributes to anyone who passed on your booklets. This is supposed to be a happy new beginning, not a mourning period. Still don't know what I'm doing, but I just wanted to let you know. Forgot where I read this though...

Re: Question on programs?
I agree with the suggestion to make a general remark without names.

Re: Question on programs?
I am adding the statement Nrvbrd mentioned but adding the names. Although a wedding is time for celebration, these people are near and dear to our hearts. Each and everyone of them is special to us. I wouldn't feel 'me' not mentioning them somehow. That's just me though.
