I noticed that when I did stir fry and nooked the left overs the day after, it was not the same. My veggies were all crippled looking. How do I avoid this?

Re: Question on stir fry and left overs
I think if the veggies are in sauce you can't avoid it. What about reheating it in the pan??

I don't use any sauce for stir fry. I use garlic powder, parsley sometimes, and a little bit of olive oil. Maybe its the olive oil?

Re: Question on stir fry and left overs
sorry but I need more info. I always have left over stirfry and it ends up alright the next day nuked.
What kind of veggies are there? Any meat? Did you add a bit of water before you nuked it?

Re: Question on stir fry and left overs
Maybe your microwave is too powerful? Try cookign it on low. We make stir-fry ALOT and I use stir fry sauce in mine and the veggies always stay the same. Are you overcooking the veggies initially? What veggies do you use? Fresh? frozen? canned?

Re: Question on stir fry and left overs
I think I may have put it in the microwave for too long. I have no choice but to nook it at work. The veggies are fresh and it was primarily the zucchini and peppers that looked all cripply. The broccoli was okay. I think to be safe next time I will place the vegetables in a separate container from the fish.
ETA: I didn't over cook them b/c I like the veggies to be crispy when I eat them warm. So I don't keep them in the wok for too long.
