My wedding is in a vineyard. The attire for the groomsmen is nice shirts and slacks, no ties and jackets. I am in a wedding dress. It is not casual, but it is not formal. How should I convey to my guests what kind of wedding I am having.... I am having trouble with this.

How about 'dressy casual'. That may imply that it is casual but not jeans and shorts casual.

I got an inviatation to an e-party that said that the attire is 'elegant casual.'
