I wrote a post yesterday about what I should do about FIs cousins e-party considering we didnt have one and now they are and we have to give a gift.
I think I left out a REALLY IMPORTANT bit of info- we arent going tot he party bc we had another party already planned. I guess that might change some of your feelings. OFCOURSE had i planned to go, i would have given a gift- Im not an idiot. I just wouldnt have been happy about it.

I wouldn't give a gift either.
Im sorry you got so attacked in my last post and im sorry some girls got offened. That wasnt my intention. We are all allowed to state our opinions and it should be w/o judgment bc in the end, none of us know each other and we dont know each others character and motivation for things. I hope everyone is friends again

Definitely no gift.
I HONESTLY feel that the purpose of an e-party is to get the families together and have a great time, and if you're not going, no gift is necessary. I would, however, send a nice (but empty) card.
And Christine, I'm sorry if you felt attacked by anything I said this morning, but like I said, e-parties are to get together, eat, drink, and have a great time. And like other ladies mentioned, the food, tent, and alcohol for my party cost more than what we received in gifts.
