I have two RBs who will be two years at the time of the wedding. I really don't think they will be willing to hold a ring pillow! There is already concern if they will walk down the aisle. Should i bother getting two ring pillows? Is there anything else i could do? or should i just let them look cute walking down the ailse (hopefully!)?

Why not have the ring bearers walk down the alisa holding someones hand like their mothers, grandmothers, older sibbling, or a BM that they are familar with. It would be really cute. Also get a pillow and see how they will react. You might be surprised.

My little ones will be holding each others hands. I'm not getting anything for them nor my FG because they will be sitting with their parents anyway.

My RB's are four but my FG is only two so I am going to have all three of them walk down the aisle holding hands.

Re: question re: my 2 year old RBs.....
I am having a couple of really young kids too. Everyone andanyone has an opinion as to whether or not they will make it down the aisle. Here were my solutions:
I have two brother/sister sets of kids. The older brothers of the young flower girls are not ring bearers, but rather 'flower girl escorts'. The boys will be close to 5 and the girls will be 18 months and 3. I figured that the girls will more likely walk down the aisle feeling safe with their brothers.
My nephew, the ring bearer, who will be 2 and a half will walk alone.
I am strategically placing the parents of the children at the very end of the aisle and if I have to hand out handpuppets and candy bars as incentives to get them to walk then so be it. Bribery works miracles with children. Trust me, I am a creator of behvaior modification techniques on a day to day basis. If not, they will look cute and its no big deal. Kids are kids. I mean if I am going to be nervous, why shouldnt they? I am walking down last and won't see a thing so I cannot get that worked up about it.

I have the same problem. I don't think I'm going to do pillows either. After all, the best man carries the rings.
I think I'm just going to have them walk down and look cute. Which doesn't take much work on their part, they are so damn cute anyway!

We are putting fake rings on the ring bearer's pillow. A 2 year old is not responsible enough to carry fine jewelry.

I think you should get them a pillow! Its the sweetest thing to see them drag it or swing it around :) You know kids being kids. :)
My son was a RB in a wedding when he just turned 3 and he did both, swung and dragged

My brother is getting married in July and our nephew is the ring bearer. He will be 1 and a 1/2 @ the wedding. My brother is having him walk down with my sister and her boyfriend(who is also in the wedding party). I agree with have him hold someone's hand. Maybe a flower girls?
