Question re: Program Wording

How do I word it if FH's father has died

i.e.

Parents of the Groom
Jane and
the late John Smith?

How would you do this?

You can list only his mother and have a section in remembrance of his late father.

We are having a rembrance part in the ceremony, and a memorial candle for him (see picture). But to say parents of the bride, and list both of mine, and then parents of the groom, and just his mom, that is upsetting, because his father is still his father, he's just not alive.

To make it easier for the program do something like..

Parents of the Bride
Mr. & Mrs. blah blah

Mother of the Groom
Mrs. blah blah

I feel like in the program it's listing people who are in attendence.

FH and I both lost our fathers so it will say
Mother of Bride

Mother of Groom

The entire last page will be dedicated to our fathers.
