Question-STD Hotel Instructions?

I am sending out our STD's this week, I am also including the little card the hotel gave us when we blocked the rooms. Should I send a little something explaining exactly what it is for? If so what should it say?

I'm assuming the card includes instructions on how to book rooms? I think it's pretty self explanatory.
