meeting w/djs nxt week..

what should we be asking?
also, what is the avg price quote?

i would like
photo montage
gobo (our monogram, names in lights)
some uplighting

4 hrs party music...not sure if i want cocktail music...got to figure out if our hall's piano can play itself.

Ask to see samples of their work...DVDs..its not exactly the same but it gives you an idea (esp. if you want live musicians).

If you add something, can you take it off..or can you only do upgrades?

Do they bring extra equiptment 'just in case'

how long have they been in buisness?

how many DJs/MCs work with the company? do they use outside people?
