question to pass the time. what type of music is being played at your wedding?
oldies, swing frank sinatra 70's disco freestyle bon jovi early 90s dance like cypress hill todays dance club music latin (salsa, merengue, bachata , and some reggeaton)

calypso, reggae, soca, hip-hop/r&b (nothing too hardcore) and some Haitian music...
our families are from the caribbean.

me too.. I have some favorite songs I'll ask to be played but the rest will be a mix of everything up to the DJ, I just want everyone to enjoy it and dance.

I love those typical oldies songs swing and big band disco 'don't leave me this way' i love disco! salsa, merengue, tango and contemporary hip hop/ dance music beyonce, justin timberlake etc.
we'll also have a lot of: the beatles, elton john, beach boys, tom petty
and indie rock!!!! the strokes the white stripes jimmy eat world travis ryan adams

A wide variety...... we have people from ages 7-97, and everything in between. We gave them 20 songs we want played, and then gave them a DON'T list (no chicken dance or macarena, etc.) Also, NO rap. But a lot of dancing music. All decades.
