question to the people who dont believe in afterlife...

need help answering this...

if you dont believe in afterlife then why do you keep on living?
wouldnt it be pointless since you wont be anything once you die anyways?

and if you think there is no afterlife, then what do you believe is the purpose of living on this earth?

Here it is in lamen's terms: if I wanted my coworkers to now how much I was spending on my wedding and what I was spending it on and who I was spending it on - I would tell them. I don't need them looking me up on a wedding board to find out the information and then later throw it up in my face. That, girl, is why I changed my name. I don't care about posting **** on here - it's a place for ideas - I do care, however, about coworker's knowing what I do. Does that make sense in your world, or did I use too many comma's and period's?

How do I treat people, by asking a lady nicely if che could ahve her child stop kicking my seat in a nice way, was wrong?? And my secretary not doing her job, how is it that I treat her badly??

... i was asking for clarification... becuase i didnt understand how youd want to live if theres no afterlife..

one of you said- to impact others, but do you really care to impact others if you'll be dead in 80 years... nothing of you will exist anymore,you wont know that your impacting others neccessarily, and its not like the people you impact are going to die and come visit you in an afterlife...

i guess i can accept the view that its for the earth to continue on, in its system....

does not believing in the afterlife mean that you also dont belive in reincarnation????

If they didn't care, girl, why would they make it a point to tell me?? I didn't tell them my screenname, my lovely coworker 'friend' did. Besides, my original screenname was my initials - so that wasn't that difficult - they just happen to be planning a wedding to and 'stumbled' upon the site. And I never said I was important nor am I self absorbed. I'm only stating facts and now I'm defending a choice I made.
