I had 2 that did not. 1 was pregnant and the other backed out at the last minute.

No, 2 cant go- one is pregnant and is having the baby soon and the other had a tripped planned to Florida

Nope - one lives in CA and is not coming and my FSIL who is also in the bridal party made up some excuse about why she couldn't come.

Nope 3 of the girls are to young 2 of the girls cant b/c of religious reasons.

I'm going to do something early with all of my girls, maybe go to a spa. Then I have a 14 y/o BM and a 9 y/o jrBM who will go home while us older girls go out for some adult partying!!

Mine did, but mine was in NYC and all but one live in the area, the other one came up from DC for the weekend (she's from LI, so she spent the weekend with her parents). I recently had to miss a friend's BP, because it was in NY and I couldn't fly back to NY for it. If it's local, I feel strongly that all of the BMs should be there, excluding emergencies or very important things that can't be moved. If it's out of town everyone should try to make it, but obviously there's an added expense and possible time off from work and other obligations to take itnto account, so it's okay if some can't make it, IMO.

probably not. i have 2 bridesmaids that are under 21 so i think we will go to a spa during the day so they can participate. and i have 1 bridesmaid who isn't into clubs and bars so if we do that at night, she won't be there.

all but one of mine came- i knew she wasn't gonna come as soon as i asked her to be in the wedding. i've been friends with her since 3rd grade, but she very religious and just kind of acts like shes a lot older than she is, and just isn't into the whole party scene- but the other 3 came, plus some other friends, and it was great! i wouldn't worry about it.....

2 can't go. One is out of state and the other is pregnant. The remaining 6 are coming and some additional friends. So excited!!!! We rented a house in West Hampton for a long weekend in June

Well MOH just sent an evite a few days ago & not one of the other bm's replied. 1 is preggos & not feeling very well lately, so that is understandable, the others though

I doubt one will be able to come...she lives in washington DC and is in law school ...she is super busy
