Questions for NRC brides

I remember hearing that the NRC provides votive candles for the cocktail hour tables. Does anyone know if we can also use these candles for the reception?

There was a recent post on this topic in the NRC thread --- I think the overall consensus was that all the tables (cocktail and reception) come with votive candles.
