Questions for Reception Hall: Please help

Hi Ladies, my baby brother is getting married and he and his lovely bride are looking for a catering hall on the beach. They are just starting and would like a little help....
does anyone have a list of questions or MUST ask questions when looking for a reception hall? I'm trying to compile a list and don't want to forget anything. All help is appreciated :)
