Questions for RH for Final Meeting....

I booked my RH last March and really haven't had much contact with them.

We are going to the tasting next weekend and gonna meet with our BM to 'tie up loose ends'.

Other than picking out our menu and cake, what kinds of stuff should we be nailing down?

We are having our ceremony there too, should I bring her the order of the processional and stuff?

What questions should I be asking?

Im totally clueless.

Well when we met for our meeting with Crest Hollow we went in a bit clueless but they have a info sheet and check list type stuff for us to fill out which was helpful. So I think that you can go in with just menu stuff on your mind and then they'll help you organize and sort out the little things during the meeting.

Other stuff to nail down would be seating chart, giving approximate final count (# adults, kids, vendors).

I would definitely bring a list of your RSVPs, the processional info, your contract, anything that you might want to refernce in regards to your wedding day.

I had kept a folder with everyrthing in it and just brought that with me.

Oh they will probably want your vendor info and then you'll have to have your vendors fax their liabiltiy insurance over.

Thats all i can think of off the top of my head, but they'll walk you through what you need, not to worry.

1. How early can I arrive for pictures.

2. Do I need to supply the baskets for the bathrooms.

3. What time can my vendors start to set up at.

4. Who will be my maitre d? Can I meet them?

5. Will the cake I pick come as shown in the picture or do I need to upgrade for it to have the icing/detail/flowers/bows?

6. What will be in the entrance hall on my wedding day/night?

Thats all i can think of for now
