Questions for when I go to Book...

I am going to be in LI this weekend...BOOKING MY RECEPTION HALL----EASTWIND!! YIPPEEEEEEEE!! We are going to have to change the date tho, so not 100% on it...cannot be on Hallween because our house is in a woodsy pretty busy on halloween night area....and our dog will go nuts, and family does not feel comfortable being away teh whole night, I totally understand....so going to try for the 30th or the 24th (Moms and dads anniversary--how cute, huh?!) ANYWAYS< I know it has been posted many times, but don;lt tknow if things have changed...would like to know....what to ask when I got to book? What to get in writing? Do I pick out all my food then?? Etc..etc...etc....SOo clueless, so I told Mom I would ask teh LIW girls---you are the best!!!!

With East Wind, they are great, but make sure whatever you want you get on your contract!

You pick your menu about 6 weeks before your wedding. Which building are you booking?

going to book Country Gardens! I know to get it all in writing...right down to using candles there....I sm soo excited....so will have a BOOKED date on Saturday!! Not sure on the exact date yet, going to check a few prices...the price we got for Halloween night was AWESOME< hopefully she can work her magic for another night......We'll have to see......will definitly have my checkist tho...you have to when you are going to be investing so much time and money.....
