Questions to ask landlord

Questions to ask landlord

are there any specific questions to ask a landlord?

Do I have to ask if we are allowed to put up pictures, floating shelves, paintings, etc or can i just do it?

All appliances are working, as we have already checked.

I am going blank - anything else?

ask about the procedure for any repairs that are needed during the lease, and if you will be responsible for covering any holes from nails for paintings etc
