Questions to ask reception halls??

Hi all! Just starting the search for a place and was just wondering if any of you ladies have some must ask questions?!? I have a list of a few but wanted to see if maybe I was missing any? Thanks!

I was given a few HUGE lists of must ask questions...

I narrowed them down to a few (ha) questions that I HAD to ask every reception hall...most of them answered my questions before i asked them..and in others i had more questions from things they were saying..

Main contact person, email address and number
If you have a specific day or month you want..is it available?
Schedule of time of the event (ceremony, cocktail, reception)
Overtime charges?
Minimum amount of people needed to guarentee room? max amount room can hold?
location of ceremony and back up for weather (if having at hall)
a/c?
valet included?
coat room attendant / bathroom attedant included?
deposit and payment schedule?
fee for ceremony (again if having it there)
fee for event pp (find out what this includes)
get a list of extras for more money..because even if you might not want to pay the extra, maybe they will throw things in when negoitating n it is always good to be on the same page as fh when negotiating for extras ha
how much food is at cocktail house
how many courses at dinner
wedding cake included?
