Okay, a little background. As you know I live in NC. My aunt booked my hall for me and recommended a photographer for me which I booked. I also booked a DJ based on what I have heard on this site. I am meeting with all of these vendors tomorrow. Is there anything that I NEED TO KNOW from them?

Did you need questionnaires? I posted a bunch on my website that you are more than welcome to use. They are printer friendly, you just need the excel program. Click on 'questionnaires' on the left hand side. Hope this helps!!
For Photographers: How many proofs do you get...and will they be staying until the end of your reception. Also, can you meet with the photographer before the wedding to go over types of pictures you want...... ( : good luck. long distance planning is tough!

oh, and get it all in the contract...that's like their bible. And another thing...pay with credit card where you can.....if something goes wrong there's more of a chance to get your money back!
