Save your relationship at all costs girl. This is a wedding...its a huge event but it's still only one day. I would not sacrifice a good friendship over a dress. Call this girl and work it out. if you cant get EOM dress becaue of price there has to be another dress that gives you the 'feeling' within your budget. I don't want to get too involved but if I was you I'd sit with this girl and talk it out and somehow make a reasonable resolution.
