Quick cooking question

I am attempting to make meatballs. I was told to fry them to cook the outside then bake them.

Can I use olive oil? and how long do I bake them and at what temp?

Thanks in advance- I can't cook.

I'm no chef boyardee myself, so I can't really help you with this one. I don't see why you can't use olive oil. Safe bet for baking, 375 for 15-20 minutes.

Bake them??? I fry them to brown them and then I put them in the sauce to simmer until the sauce is ready. Are you making meatballs parmesean or something?

I use olive oil when I make my turkey meatballs. Use medium heat, and cover the pan if you can. This way they'll cook through. Shake the pan a little every so often too.

ETA: I cook them on the stove the whole time, but I have seen recipes where they go in the oven too.
