Quick ebay question

Do any of you have your credit card on file with them?

They asked me to store mine online so that I can increase the amount of bids I do at one time - I just want to make sure this is ok...it makes me a little nervous!

I do, only because I sell stuff so they take the fees automatically.

Um was this an email you got?
Because I know they do not email you and ask you for such personal information there is alot of fraud going around, people get emails that seem are from 'ebay' and they are not.

I wouldnt give them my CC #s unless Im sure Im logged on to their site I wouldnt answer any emails!! call them.

It was on their site! I had heard about those emails - that would have been bad!

yeah, you only need to store if your a seller... and your dont even need to do that if you are.
ebay will contact you if you have a bill due and no CC on file.

if your buying stuff, you use paypal (which is ebay) to purcahse
