Is the dress of the flower girl suppose to match the color of mine....For example, if my dress is ivory, should their dress be too? Or if mine is white, should theirs be also...

I'm going to have her wear ivory. You wouldn't want her to be in white if you have an ivory dress. If you are wearing white and she is in ivory, it wouldn't look as bad but still, it's kinda strange.
