quick grammar question!

I'm about to print out my donation cards, but I need the help of a grammar expert. Here is my issue, which one of the two sounds better?

1. Support for People with Oral, Head and Neck Cancer (SPOHNC) is an organization that raises awareness and offers support for people suffering from various forms of oral, head and neck cancers.

or

2.Support for People with Oral, Head and Neck Cancer (SPOHNC) is an organization that raises awareness and offers support for people suffering from various forms of oral, head and neck cancer.

The only difference is the 's' in cancer.

Thanks!

No 'S'....forms is plural so cancer does not need to be.

I would put the acronym first and use the s after cancer..I am no grammar expert though.

1. SPOHNC- Support for People with Oral, Head and Neck Cancer is an organization that raises awareness and offers support for people suffering from various forms of oral, head and neck cancers.

I'm not that smart, in my past life I was a linguistics major/minor...before my dead end degrading choice to turn to the business world kicked in

Re: quick grammar question!

Stupid question- should the 'that' be 'which'? And Ali is correct. If it was 'various cancers', that would be right, I think. But 'forms' means 'cancer' is singular.

Beautiful sentiment and gift!!! Great choice.
