how long do i need to bake salmon for?? it's been in there like 15-20 mins already on 375... also how can i tell if its done??

This reply may be too late, but you generally cook fish until it flakes easily with a fork. Are you baking the salmon in a covered dish or uncovered? Depending on how thick it is, it can take anywhere from 15-25 minutes. The biggest mistake people make when cooking fish is to overcook it.
