That's my blog - you subscribe to it! I'll copy and paste, hold on.
The mini keg is my new love
Of course I didn't drink it.
But boyfriend turned husband bought it for the manly superbowl party, which I bowed out of semi-gracefully so that I could write and read without Bud commericals and loud boys and all of the food/drink to which I am highly allergic.
I was with him when he bought it and I loved the idea of him bringing the mini keg to the superbowl festivities. I insisted on holding it as we walked through the supermarket. When we stood in line, I held it until it needed to be scanned. I cradled it like a baby and then just held in front of me against my stomach. When I laughed, it bobbed kind of in a jolly way. The lady in front of us on line was also amused and taken with the mini keg. I talked about cute mini keg stand championships and Irish car bombs (for no reason, I hate those damn things).
Then I insisted on carrying cutie keg out to the car. (When I didn't know that I was allergic to soy, I ate soy ice cream sandwiches called 'cuties' - I miss referring to them, so I pass the name on to the mini keg. I'm allowed).
I loved and now I miss that minicutiekeg of mine. His. Whatever.

nice story, I like it for a few reasons. Most notably-
#1- Everyone wins. You have a new cutie, The Man got a buzz, Heinikeg went to a good home, I got to say heini.
#2- Mini keg stands- I am picturing eithe rmidgets or children. And the only thing funnier than a drunk midget is a drunk child.
#3- The hero of the story is filled with alcohol. And I like when I can relate to the hero.
#4- As it turns out, you do have maternal tendancies.
