quick plea for prayers (UPDATE)

....to tell us if our offer was accepted.....

idkkk...........

so REA called us with a COUNTER OFFER.....

since we liked this apartment, we decided with our first offer to just cut-to-the-chase and give them a (what i think is) a generous/attractive price.

but, nooooo, they want to counter.....

so i explained our rationale (i did the HW and looked at comparables), the REA thinks its a fair offer...but now its up to the owners...

so i just wrote back saying our offer stands. i really hope they except it

sometimes i hate the negotiation game...i thought i was doing everyone a favor by cutting to the chase...
apparantly not

anyway, hope they ACCEPT!!!!...otherwise the search continues....
