QUICK POLL - making maps or using the ones the reception hall has?

I'm not sure if I should use the ones they gave me or make maps that match the invitation! What are you doing/did you do? Thanks!

well it all depends on you.... if you have the time and dont like what they give you then..... make them your self

we made our own so that one side of it was directions to the church and the flipside was directions to our hall (that included directions from the church to the hall)

using the ones they gave me. Why should I spend more money and time on something so insignificant?

I'm using theres. It's not an important detail to me and so much easier to just stick them in.

We're having everything at the hall so I'm just using their direction cards. But if we were getting married in the church then I would make my own maps that included how to get from the church to the RH. HTH!!

I am using the one's that the RH provide us for FREE. With how much this wedding is costing us, I could not pass up the opportunity to use something for the wedding that was actually free (well not really free because we are paying a lot for the RH). But that is JMO. I don't see the need to spend extra money on that.

I'm probably making them myself on vellum to keep the weight down.

i made mine and included the hotel, the church, etc. i loved it and i heard good comments on them!
