quick question

I am just about to print my porgrams. I have one question....

On the 'cover page' should I have it say:

'The Marriage Celebration of

Elizabeth (last name)
Michael (Last name)

OR

Elizabeth (Middle Name)
Michael (middle name)'

You could do either. The second option is what I would use if I were doing them - it's a little more intimate and formal (since middle names are not usually used unless it's a formal occasion). The first and last names, to me, put some distance between you and your guests, like they may not all know you very well. But that's JMO, they would both be fine!
