My invites have a card for accommodations with all the info on the hotel where I blocked rooms. Do I have to send out info about the hotel with the std's also or is having it with the invites enough? TIA

i was wondering the same thing
people that got my std are asking about hotel already and were not sending out invites for another 2 1/2 months
but i dont want to do a whole other mailing just for hotel info

we're including hotel info with our STD's, even if we didn't, the STD has our website on it which has the hotel info. You definitely don't have to do this though

I owuld include the hotel info with the std....gives people plenty of time to plan ahead and know how much?? it will cost them to stay in the area

I am going to send out hotel info with our STD. The way that our hotel works is that whatever rooms aren't booked 30 days prior go back in inventory so I wanna give the guests some more time.

i would send out the hotel info with the std i think it will save you a lot of phone calls and extra mailing. and then people will be like oh just email to me then you spent money on cards you're not gonna use. so it's better to just send them out with the std

Yea I may print out cards that have the same colors as my STD and put them in the envelope

I sent my STD's out 2 weeks ago with the hotel info, and i printed up a card that had other suggestions for local accomodations, airports, etc. on it bc 1/2 of our wedding is OOT guests....so far there have been 5 reservations at the hotel....i'm glad i sent it!

What I did was on the STD - i put our website and the hotel info was on there. The actual hotel info is going out with the invites - that i stuffed tonight!!
