Do you tip the officiant if you are giving a $500 donation? If yes, how much do you recommend?

Our donation is $780 - we plan on tipping $75-100.
I think anywhere from $50-$100 is good...

We are giving $200 + inviting him to the wedding since he has known my family for 30 years!
