Hostess Twinkies will last several years!

Any dried food, like raisins, craisins, dried apricots, have at least a somewhat extended shelf life while sealed.

Check the 'use by' date on any product that does not require refrigeration. Other options, cereal (you can eat it with water instead of milk), rice, powdered milk, and don't forget peanut butter on Ritz crackers - a great source of protein, which brings to mind nuts and trail mix, chips and pretzels, pasta if you have a way to cook, cookies, there is even some packaged cassarole box that is advertising 'with more chicken' which sounded pretty scary when I first thought about it - freezed dried chicken right in the box, but under possible circumstances it may be a veritable feast.

If you are concerned about cooking canned goods or other foods don't forget your outdoor grill if you have one - many even have burners, and you can also cook many things over a sterno can or camp stove.
