Re: quick question---
Im probably not helpful at all, but everyone told me to ask about hidden fees, some places charge a cake cutting fee, a cork fee etc., costs that you wouldnt normally expect. Make sure of what is sincluded as far as tips for the wait staff, for example, my package covers 18% gratuity for the staff, but teh Matre D' is not included..some places everything is included..I dont know if Im much help at all..those were just things I was told to check on..Im sorry I dont have more for you..I know with mine,,I had to make sure I had everything in writing, for example we are using their chapel on the premisis..but we need time to go on nd decorte..so i had to get that in my contract that we could go in teh day before..little things..get em in writing. Congratulations on picking your place.....sorry Im not more helpful!!
