Quick question about our Menu...

So I am getting ready to start printing these..

1) Can you girls quickly proof read it? I'm pretty sure everything is fine but I need another set of eyes to make sure.

2) Do you think I need to list what the vegetarian and children's menu option is on the menu? I figured if someone wants that the waiter will just let them know what it is (Chicken Fingers/Fries or a Pasta dish).

i can definitely proof read for you - send it over or post it

maybe just put something like 'vegetarian and children's options available upon request' or somethign at the bottom

OK, here are my thoughts:

(1) Mesculin - is actually spelled Mesclun (a lot of people make this mistake) - http://www.reference.com/browse/Mesclun

(2) I would change the Vegetarian/Childrens to 'Options' instead of Option.

(3) Haagen-Dazs has a hyphen

(4) Change from 'Desserts' to 'Dessert' since they don't really have to pick one - they are getting them all.

Otherwise, AWESOME

I was going to say the same thing about mesclun. Otherwise I think its awesome! Can't wait to hear about how good all the entrees are

- under chicken romano you wrote 'chicken served with' I would leave out the word chicken (this would keep it more uniform since on all other options you just wrote 'served with'

- i personally would also take out the word 'served' from all options (have it read: Filet Mignon with Bearnaise Sauce)

- agree that you should change 'option' to 'options'

Jessie - did you print it yet???

I would honestly wait until your meeting on Thursday. In sitting and talking with them, they might convince you to swap out some things.

It happened to us - we were dead set on a bunch of items for our menu, but they went ahead and made different reccos of things and swayed us a different way.

I'd just hate for you to have that happen after you print everything.

BUUUTTTT - if you guys plan on sticking to your guns then forget everything I just said LOL

ELOISE - good call on that! Maybe I will wait until Friday to start printing. Our meeting is tomorrow. We are honestly dead set on these choices but just in case they do happen to sway us, I will wait. Thanks!

i think overall it looks awesome, but the right side feels like there is so much less on it...i dont know how it would look if maybe you leave a few blank lines before starting the dessert, like make the right column a little more centered?

idk if im making sense, but maybe play around with that

your choices sound delish

OMG yes and it's frigin delicious!!! We are getting the cake from Black Forest Bakery. I know you can also go to Campbells but I highly recommend BFB!

I'm ALLLLL about BFB. That's the bakery my family has been using forever. I actually called FH and told him and he said whatttttt???? cake filling's picked! hahahaha

I honestly didn't bother to try other fillings. I saw that was an option and I was sold before I even tried and sold even more after I tried. I also tried their Red Velvet cake with Cream cheese frosting... ::drool::
