I am having around 130ppl at my wedding how many centerpeices should I say I need approx? The Rh has round tables. Is 10 about right? I don't need to give an exact count of the centerpeices today do I?

no you shouldn't have to give an exact count because it could change - you give the exact amount after the RSVP date when you know exactly how many tables you need.
I would say 10 to a table is good so just say for now 13 tables/CPs.
EDIT: or you could even just say to be on the safe side 14 tables. Right now I gave my florist an est. of 16 tables but I think it might only wind up being (::fingers crossed::) 14 tables.

I would say 13. They will expect that the change by one or two. Its not like you are saying 10 and then need 20. 13 should be a good ballpark number.
