Does anyone know if JT offers food tasting when you pick out your menu? I know I should've asked this question prior to booking.. but I was more concerned & excited in booking.

JT has a BIG showcase in January I beileve where they open up their kitchen and u get to sample some of the cocktail hour food.
I went this pass Jan and the food was great.

They might actually have one before January. I went to the one in January, and then again in March and i Know they had one in May also. Keep checking their website - they usually post it on the first page. But I think they might do a tasting also. My cousin is getting married there and I am pretty sure she said something about that.

True... but not all of them have the big food selectiion like the one in May was a big waste.

Oh man! I didn't know that! The one in March wasn't that bad, but now that you mention it, January was much better!!

I requested a food tasting before I actually booked the hall. I went there with my FH, FMIL and my mom. We sat at a table in the cocktail hour room. They served us samples from the cocktail hour, the pasta dish, the chicken dish from the entree, and a sample of dessert. We booked them on the spot. I told them that I would not book my hall without tasting their food first. They were very happy to accomidate us.

YAYY!!! Another JT bride!!! We will do our tasting next year , we heard so many great reviews about the food that we where confident with them so we booked and did not taste the food! Now thats CONFIDENCE 4 REAL!!!! I spoke with my BM (Vinny) last weekend and the will accommodate us withthe food tasting whenever we are ready... no worries. JT will take care of their brides...

You have NOTHING to worry about in the way of the food!!!
We are still getting calls about the food and everything at JT. Everything I had was delicious!! It was one of the things that made us book it on the spot!! (We had our tasting the first time we went there.)

FH and I had a complete food tasting before we even booked and the food was just AMAZING!!! You could just call your banquet manager and request an appointment time to come in for a food tasting. They shouldn't give you any problems about it. I didn't have any and it was so much fun.
