One of our GM has been dating a girl for over a year, so of course she's invited. they do not live together. I'm not friends with her and don't even know her last name. What do I do with the STD? Send it to our GM & Girlfriend at his address? Just send it to GM and verbally let him know that she's invited? Get her last name and address and send her a separate STD (this doesn't seem right because she'd only be invited if she's still dating him 7 months from now)?

I was in the same situation. I just addressed it to the GM. FH told GM that girlfriend was invited too. One couple we know lives together so we put John Doe and Jane Address
I think the STD addressing can be much more informal.

I had the same situation. I addressed the STD to the GM and had FH tell him that his girlfriend was invited.

Just address it to the GM, you can verbally tell him that of course hse is invited. It is a STDnot an invite so you don't need to put her name on it.

We just addressed the STD's to the person living at the address, we did them non formal but the invites were addressed formally to both people

Im in the process of addressing my stds also and im just addressing it to the main person the invite will have and guest so they know they can bring someone
