quick update..then off to DC
okay, so 4 outta 6 bridemaids get measured
we show up at the place today...and guess what? the dress i want (bari jay 643) they show me a sample...and its a different dress!!!
apparently bari jay re-used the number for the new season's dress. and the store had the old dress. i was like w t f ????
the dress she showed me was satin. the one i want is chiffon.
so she called the company, and the girls got measured. (she still honored the price she quoted me on the phone since it was no ones mistake, really...and it was a great price).
so it was quite confusing. and i felt bad cuz the store didnt have a sample to even see or try on....
but my MOH (small size) and my sis (larger) both tried it on and it worked for them. so crossing my finger there are no issues later
crazy day. now finishin packing and waiting for FH to say his test is overrrr
