quiet restaurant - not too expensive?

FH and I are taking our parents out to meet eachother and his sisters and my sisters are going...about 12 people...him and I are paying.

Where can we go in Suffolk county? I suggested Mama Lombardis but I think its usually loud and crowded in there.

Any other suggestions ? Think nice restaurant, maybe italian, quiet, but not more than $30-40/head.

TIA!!!

Edited to say it will be on a Sunday, 4 or 5pm.

I LOVE Mario's in Setauket (on 25A) and this is where we're having our RD. You can call ahead and make reservations and ask for the private room in the back or the right side.

I don't know where you live but there's the Riverview and Snapper Inn in Oakdale or the Bayport House.
