Rabbi needed for interfaith wedding

Hi,

I am having an interfaith wedding (me: Catholic, him: Jewish). The priest at my parish has no problem marrying inter-faith couples but I am having trouble finding a rabbi who would do the same.

Has anyone used a rabbi and priest before and if so can you please give me the contact info for the rabbi. If we are having a priest (which is a MUST for me) then my fiances parents are very set on it being a rabbi not a non-denominational person to represent their religion.
