I am in the process of trying to find a rabbi for my wedding in March, 2004, and I am appalled that I am having such a hard time trying to find one. I called the house rabbi thru the caterers and he never called me back, when I called him he said that he was not going to call me so fast because I have time! I do not know about you, but I thought that it was important to find clergy as soon as you pick a date and a hall?! Does anyone have a good reform rabbi out there who is pleasant and is located in Nassau County? Also, I did get in touch with one rabbi and she seemed very nice, did anyone ever hear of Rabbi Cohen-Rosenberg from the Community Reform Temple in Westbury? Thank you so much!

Are you willing to consider a Cantor instead of a Rabbi? If so I have a recommendation... Cantor Benedict 516-676-7682 is absolutely charming... you will adore him if you meet him.

Rabbi Judy Cohen-Rosenberg from Community Reform Temple was my rabbi growing up. I belonged to that temple throughout my childhood. I don't live in Westbury anymore so I don't attend services anymore, but I know that she is so nice and a great person. She actually just married a friend of mine.
