rain is the devil

the last part of my invites are supposed to be delivered today-i just checked fedex and theyre on the truck to my house

im at work, and now im flipping out that they'll be messed up

well i still live with my mother so she's home but she can be a bit ditzy sometimes...

i called her up and told her to listen for the door, but im still freaking out

and stalking fed ex

Maybe you can call FedEx and they can get in touch with the driver. Usually when it is raining like this they will put the boxes in a bag. Fed Ex and UPS are usually good like that. The USPS is a whole different story... once I ordered a laptop and the day was torrential rain and the mailman just left it on my steps with no bag or anything. It was fine though!

freaking rain! I think they will be packed fine though, but if you feel that worried, when they get there run home and get them!

the only thing is that i really cant call until im on break-and thats not until 10:09..they've been on the truck since 730, so idk what will happen to them betewen now and then...

i completely understand what you mean. i had horrible nightmares about that so the day my invites where out to be delivered i made my mom stay home the entire day to wait for them.

the weren't dropped off until 4PM. my mom was rather annoyed with me

hahah my mom usually doesnt go to work until 4 or 5, so i *should* be okay...bc i get home at 3 anyways

but i am STILL freaking out...ive been updating the fedex page every 30 seconds

i did that too. just so you know, my mom text me that they arrived prior to the fed ex site updating.
