I'm miffed. I have US Open tickets for tonight and it looks like we might have to wait out the rain AGAIN. I was supposed to see the Mens Quarterfinals but now who knows what we're seeing (if we see anything at all) because everything has been pushed up.

hey I saw Gerry B two nights ago, he said Brians name sounded familiar but battalions are so big that if he was in hempstead and Brian in queens for example, it would still be considered one battalion?

I think his batallion covers Astoria, Elmhurst and Jackson Heights.
Brian said that Gerry would probably recognize him more by face than by name anyway.

Thanks. Brian's at home now and he said that even though it stopped raining, play has not began yet. This is not looking good.

Ive got tickets for the Mens finals on Sunday... its supposed to be clear..... but they keep bumping games due to rain.
Im lost as to what we will or wont see.
FH is willing to roll these tickets over to next year if we can.... just add a few more bucks and get really good tickets..... He thinks it will be a good idea since it would be (then) a month or so before our wedding..
He's the tennis freak.. me I just like to watch the game in general. Its fun. But sitting in cold rain is not.
