Rainy day meal....

Looking for something to make for dinner tomorrow that I can cook all day long... like Roast Beef, or a stew. any ideas?

I love it when yummy stuff is wafting from the kitchen all day long on a dreary day

If you like lamb.. lamb stew in the crock pot!!
I buy 2lbs of lamb necks (it's reallly not very fatty at all) , cut up 3 potatoes in chuncks, 1 onion, toss in baby carrotts, rosemary, salt & pepper. I like to add peas because thats how grandma taught me!
