On nights like this, all I wanna do is just cuddle with FH, watch TV and EAT!!!!
So, whats for dinner ladies?
Im thinking of making some grilled chicken--maybe make quickie souvlakis with them and slice up some french fries and add oregano and parmesan cheese on top! YUM!!!

Re: RAINY NIGHT...WHATS FOR DINNER?
Since I have the summer off (teacher), I actually walked to the supermarket (like 2 blocks from my place) and got skirt steaks about 30 minutes before it started downpouring. (It's a good thing I went early!!!) So, the menu tonight is: Skirt steaks in a hot pesto sauce (sounds gross, but it's sooo good on steak) baked potato w/ lottts of sour cream baked asparagus w/ breadcrumbs
