what gym does everyone go to?

(i have yet to find a gym buddy... my MOH and my mom both went to my gym and then changed..) i go to synergy btw.

I went to Synergy in Franklin Square. I need to start going to the one in Farmingdale now.....that is if I can get off my butt and actually go.

My friend works at the farmingdale one- he was the one who got me to join...i go to the one in levittown cuz its closer to me. I ♥ synergy.

OMG you have never had a Rice Ball!?!?!?!?

Its literally a ball of rice bound together with parmasean cheese and egg whites. In the center there is ground beef, peas, and mozzerella cheese. There are different variations, and I know I am missing some ingrediants but that is the jist of it...

TRUE... I did!!! I make them deep fried only to brown them then baked.. does everyone else do it that way?

Just give yourself a lot of time!! They take forever! Baking them after deep frying them is great bc then they have a little crunch to the outside

My aunt gave me 'I never cooked before cookbook' Apparently we're starting a tradition cuz my mom got it too when she got engaged and never cooked before then. Now she cooks yummy food! there is hope for me yet!!!

i should take a cooking class but i think they are $$

I love to cook. I don't do it all the time, but I really enjoy it... The cleaning up after I'm done cooking I HATE!

Thats good. You can cook he can clean. My OCD FH cleans while he cooks, which i guess is pretty smart. I would hate to start cleaning after having a nice meal.

Same for me. My problem, though, is I can't cook for just 2 people!!!! I always OVERCOOK! I love hosting dinners and parties because I get to cook for a lot of people!

Shauna maybe you and I should hold a cooking class for the other lovely ladies here!

That is really good of your FH. my FH does clean actually he tries to cook to, so far the only thing edible was his chili... now thats all i hear about.

My can make eggs and french toast But I have to give him credit, he's awesome when it comes to the grill.

That would be fun!!! I too don't know how to only cook for 2. I love to watch the food network and get new technique ideas... I totally CANNOT do that thing when they mix everything up in the pan just by kinda flipping it.... lol

i cant cook either...like its seriously bad...the other day i wanted grilled cheese and i had to ask fh how to make it

i don't cook (my dinner consists of chicken and a bag of steamed veggies made in the microwave lol).. but i love to bake! the classes are just so expensive.

as far as the weight loss thing, i think it actually helps NOT to measure/count so much... when i did that i overrestricted and went crazy after. the past few weeks i just said screw it.. ate what i watned here and there (at my e party had the salmon w/o obsessing about the oil, had 2 bites of my cannoli cake..) and i was down a pound. so go figure!

the BEST rice ball i have ever had was at ciao baby in westbury!!!! omg soooo delicous!!!!!!!!!

fh's family looooooves ciao baby...they always have parties there....they go to the one in massapequa though...but they ALWAYS get the rice ball

Me? Massapequa, now. But I grew up in Valley Stream.

Ciao baby does have good rice balls...

Martino's in Elmont also has really good ones. And oddly enough Pompei in W. Hempstead has freaking awesome riceballs!!!
