random..

ive been having random nosebleeds out of nowhere.

no, i dont do drugs, im clean.

this started 5 months ago. doctor thought it was because my Blood pressure was high. so, i started eating escarole (BLECH) but its an old italian trick to lower, says grandma.

the bleeding stopped for a while. still eating the escarole, but frying it a little with garlic to make it taste somewhat better, and now there back.

and im getting nasty headaches. any nurses out there? lol.

i would go back to the doc since you are getting headaches... i used to get really bad nose bleeds when i was a kid... but i rarely get them anymore

I'm not a nurse but one of my co-workers was having a similar problem and he was using saline spray a couple times a day and after a few days the nose bleeds stopped so maybe give it a try

This may sound silly but true

my mom got nose bleeds all the time- It turned out she was allergic to citrus foods (oranges, grapfruit, lemon etc) As long as she stays away from foods like that she is ok. But occasionally she will go out to eat and sometimes she doesnt know if something is made with lemon she will start having the nose bleeds..

anyway- maybe its an allergy of some kind. I would go to the dr and get checked out
