I'm always smiling at everyone I pass and saying hi when I can. I feel like I may just make someones day. Then I do the Nice shoes, or I love your bag where did you get it? But anyhow, today I was proven that this is true! People can have there days made by one small comment or smile.
I was at the gym and this random chick from my spin class taps my on the shoulder and tells me, 'Wow, you look great!' So nice to know people are noticing my weight loss success!!!
20lbs down, 23 to go!!!

First off congrats on your weight loss!
Secondly i agree. I smile at everyone. I hold doors for people bc i know that a kind gesture can make a bad day better
