Random concern now that i hired a DOC

Although my mom thinks it is just about the best thing i have done (hiring a DOC)- we were discussing having my DOC come to the rehersal dinner (not even rehersal for real bc jews dont really do that) to introduce her to the guests/ answer questions/concerns, etc etc. Anyway- long story short my mom thinks that people (family members who are probably some what jealous of the amount spent on this wedding) will have comments about how i have a wedding planner to boss them around and how i am prob too over the top and thats why i have a 'wedding planner'

anyone else nervous about this? am i nuts? not that i really care what others (the other side of the fam) thinks just more thinking out loud since i just discussed this with my mom

i wouldn't worry...I dont have a DOC, but I wouldnt think someone was being flashy by having one..


im sure the DOC knows how to handle these things., express your concerns to her so she doesn't come across to showy or bossy or over the top

the damage is done...youre getting married at Oheka! tons of people will be jealous on that alone... Live it up, its your day! and if youre lucky enough to have a fabulous, over the top wedding- enjoy every second of it and don't worry what people think!
