Youd think if you need to get your ring resized to a SMALLER size (after wearing it for how long) they wouldnt be charging me 30 bucks - HELLOOO youre taking away platinum from my ring why the **** should I pay you money?

mine was yellow gold until 3mths later it turned white(they dipped it )when i tried to bring it back the store was gone inally found another store b/c there were only 2 stores and they said they were really sorry and are going to get me a new setting but he has to order it from hong kong so its going to take a couple of mths but if the jeweler in hong kong doesnt make that ring anymore he is going to custom make it.Sorry i know that was long but i wanted to vent a little

I work around the corner from the diamond district and they did my ring for cheap. I think it was $15. If anyone needs the name of the place let me know. And they dip jewerly for $7 ( in platinum)

My ring is a little big on me but i'm sure after kids that I would need the extra room... my guy said if its big at anytime he won't charge us to get it sized smaller. Sorry you guys have gotten ripped by these people.

My jewler resized my ring after it being loose on me for 8months. I just kinda never got around to it lol he also said he would resize it whenever i need for no additional charge. And he always cleans it and polishes it for me for free as well.
I think its rude of them to charge you to resize the ring IMO.

I got mine re-sized yesterday...1/2 size smaller and they charged me $25 and FH's sister works there!! But to make matters worse they ruined part of my ring...I have a design that is etched into my eing and on the bottom, he like smoothed it out where he re-sized it. FH is furious (as am I) so now we have to go back and complain
