depends...
had mine done 5 years ago.....had a lot of breathing problems as well so my insurance paid for the surgery to fix deviated septum, adenoids, hospital bed, anesthesia.....since I was going under anyway, I figured what the heck....might as well get rid of the hump!!!!!!
he charged me 5k since some of the things were already covered for insurance.......
my friend paid 7 since hers was just a straight nose job

it depends on the doctor..... it can run anywhere from 2k to 15k
